Hot as hell

Two weeks in a row my Italy Prof. has told me that my essays (they are called Rapid Responses, not really big essays or anything) are “pretty good”. This week’s was the best out of all of them. He didn’t bitch about my grammar or spelling so :D Woop. I also realized yesterday that that essay is only 1500 words rather than 2000. Phew.

Last night I went to Box for a friend’s birthday. Was suchhh good craic. I had so much to drink before I left I think I only bought two drinks when I got there. You know, wee top ups :P. The music got wild cheesy at the end of the night…. I also wore 4 inch heels the whole night. My feet are burning.

Some guy also like, stopped me as I was going up the stairs. I didn’t see his face properly (well really i just couldn’t see his face, my eyesight was a tad blurred) but I seen what he was wearing (plaid shirt…oh yes) and the outline of his hair. I’m annoyed at myself for stopping for all of 5 seconds to look at him and wave back. Why didn’t you stop to talk woman!? However, if it was actually some guy I know please do tell me, I don’t want to mope around the rest of the day thinking about my lost chance.

Weather has got horrible the past week. Definitely scarf weather, hurrah! I’m listening to the Foo Fighters new song “Wheels”…It’s not too bad. I still love Dave Grohl.

Forgot to mention that the reason I am so smiley is cause I am so happy.

8.30! 8 freaking 30! My own alarm was set for 10. So right now I’m sitting in my room drinking coffee and when I finish that I’m gonna have a shower and start reading stuff about Italy. Fun times. But yeah anyway, we failed cause some douchebag from the 2nd floor decided to saunter down the stairs. Completely purposely of course. I hope his floor kill him. So we have to do it AGAIN.

Went to see Saw VI last night. I’ve only ever seen the 3rd one before (Michelle made me watch it last week!) so parts of it were kinda confusing. It was however, extremely gory. Hydrofluoric acid being injected into people and all that. Lovely stuff. My stomach actually felt a bit eugh after. That may have been my M&Ms just thinking back…. I did laugh my ass off at parts though…in a “HOLY SHIT” kinda way.

So today I’m gonna be starting my Italy essay I think. I have 3 to do by the end of November. First one is Sociology which is for the 16th then my two history ones are for around the 23rd. 2000 words each. Great stuff.

Mandy and Mark left yesterday :( When I said bye on Monday I just felt so sad. I wanted to be back in Canada with them, just hanging out. The wedding at the weekend was so good! Such a lovely service! And short! Just the way everyone likes it!

Next week is reading week :D No lectures or tutorials! Party!

At first I was gonna be a builder…but when I got all dressed up I looked the exact same as always. So a stuck on a pair of Michelle’s boots, took her spare hat and gun and shouted “Yeee Haaa!” Was such a good night. I found myself being oddly attracted to all the people dressed as the Joker. There was one especially cute one. The guy dressed as Slash….OMG. Cute Historian English guy! I knew there was a reason I liked him from the start.

Anyway, today is the day of my Cousin’s wedding. I am really looking forward to it! Mandy and Mark are arriving this afternoon all the way from Canada and I SOOO can’t wait to see them. They might also be coming up to Belfast on Monday for a couple of hours to look around the Uni. They won’t be getting in my room though…It’s a tip. Drinks are going to cost a bomb tonight. It’s a good thing I have a Daddy with me ;)

Pictures of the wedding will most likely come tomorrow. I have to show you all my lady-like look. I’m gonna be wearing heels FFS!

There are 3 guys outside, smoking and talking very very loudly. Just gives me another reason to HATE SMOKING!

Tonight we played Cluedo and talked for hours. I really love these people.

I have a feeling the fire drill will go in the morning.

Going out for Halloween tomorrow. I’m dressing as a builder. I have the fluorescent jacket and all :)

Then for the weekend it is my cousins wedding. SOOOO can not wait. I get to see Mandy and Mark again! She emailed me today and that totally made my day so much better.
